Excellent Vintage Retirement Album Wallace M. Johnson Leather Bound U. S. Forestry Service Binder

Offered here is an incredible item, a large leather bound binder given as a retirement gift to Wallace M. Johnson, a leading and foremost range researcher and pioneer in the U. S. Forestry Service.

Dated February 28, 1968, this contains page after page of letters, pictures and artifacts from colleagues all across the United States, people who have worked with and been affected by association with this very important person. The book is standard sized, measures 12 by 10 1/2 inches, and is in excellent shape.

Letters from people such as Edward P. Cliff, Chief, USDA Forest Service, Howard Flitner of the 40th Wyoming State Legislature, Neal Hilston, Dean and Director of the University of Wyoming, and various other leaders from many other colleges and organizations, such as the University of Wyoming, Colorado State University, Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and the University of Arizona.

A very impressive collection to commemorate over 36 years in the field, this large album can be a huge gift to any researcher, genealogical hunter and collector of history.
