Excellent Vintage Postwar Manual of Hygiene and State Tax Stamp 1945 ** FREE SHIPPING **

Offered here is a very rare find!

This 95 page booklet is titled “MANUAL OF HYGIENE FOR MEN AND BOYS,” with the subtitle of “CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS.” Printed in 1945, measures 8 1/2 inches by 6 inches, and even has on its cover a 3 cent tax stamp from the state of Ohio, a combination of rare items indeed! It is filled with some pretty scary and weird stuff, beliefs that were once prevalent in our society. Many of the statements in this booklet hold true today, especially the information on the diseases of gonorrhea and syphilis, but to say that when a man looks elsewhere for sexual satisfaction rather than his wife, that it is mostly her fault, that may be grounds for a divorce! But the book holds nothing back, and speaks the truth of the times when discussing sexual problems, diseases, proper upbringing and guidance, even tho some of it is distorted and blind, was a no-no.

But you be the judge of this. Searching for some reference to this booklet on the web, I found one in very bad condition, fairly cheap, but another from Amazon for $96.00! My cost is way lower than that, plus I offer FREE SHIPPING! Check my photos for full descriptions of this great item.
